How does this work?
Keep your other listing sites in step so the same room is never sold twice. You swap calendar links both ways — once each.
Send BedBook to an OTA
- Copy the room's BedBook export feed link below.
- In Airbnb or Booking.com, open the listing's calendar and choose Import calendar.
- Paste the link. BedBook bookings now block those dates there.
Bring an OTA into BedBook
- In the OTA, copy that listing's calendar / export link.
- Next to the room, click Add import.
- Paste it. We check it about every 5 minutes and block booked dates.

Status overview
Booked revenue includes confirmed, checked-in and checked-out stays, grouped by check-in year. It is not a record of payments received.

Deposit at booking
When a guest pays by card, choose how much to take now. The balance is always due on arrival.
VAT
If you’re VAT-registered, show Irish VAT on your guests’ receipts. Your prices don’t change — the VAT is simply broken out of the total.
Take card deposits with Stripe
Connect your Stripe account and guests can pay a deposit when they book on your website. Payouts, refunds and card details are all handled by Stripe.

Data & privacy
Guest names, emails and phone numbers are anonymised automatically after this period, keeping the booking for your revenue records. You can also erase a single guest from any booking.
